Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-designed lighting systems that have been specifically manufactured for your property
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear
- Products returned without original packaging
- Installation services once work has commenced
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization confirmation
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to the address provided in the return authorization
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining shipping insurance for valuable items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Arrange for return shipping at our expense

Installation Service Cancellations
If you need to cancel an installation service appointment:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Once installation work has begun, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Warranty Information
All garden lighting products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by product. Please refer to the product documentation or contact us for specific warranty information. Warranty claims should be directed to us, and we will facilitate the warranty process.
